In response to the Coronavirus (COVID19) outbreak we are continuing to offer a full service to our clients whilst also prioritising the health and welfare of our staff, members and clients, in line with HM Government and World Health Organisation guidance. We have the technology to provide continuity of service to clients and ensure that we operate business as usual.

The following temporary procedures are in place:

Members of Chambers and staff will be working on a flexible basis both from Chambers and from home using secure IT systems to ensure we remain fully operational.

Where appropriate, members of chambers are able to organise court hearings and conferences via telephone and / or video using Skype for Business and Zoom, in accordance with the Lord Chief Justice’s Guidance and the Business and Property Courts Protocol for Remote Hearings.

Reception will continue to answer all calls made to our main switchboard number on 0207 242 5532 and our clerking team are available via the usual contact methods and at .

Please send papers electronically, rather than via post or DX.

If any hard copies of papers need to be delivered, please contact the respective clerking contacts to organise delivery. Please do not send papers to Chambers without prior arrangement as there may be an additional delay in getting to their intended recipient.
