ARBITRATION FELLOWSHIPS

Michael Todd QC and Philip Gillyon have recently been admitted as Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Both have extensive experience of advising in arbitrations involving issues of company/commercial law, in the UK and internationally, and they are both currently instructed in two substantial commercial law arbitrations which are ongoing in the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. We have seen a significant increase in the importance of company/commercial law expertise in an arbitration context recently, and Erskine barristers regularly advise and speak on this issue.
