John Cone, Michael Todd Q.C. and Professor Dan Prentice are members of the Law Society's Committee on Company Law. Professor Prentice is also a member of the Law Society's Committee on Insolvency Law. John Cone and Nigel Dougherty are members of the Law Reform Committee of the General Council of the Bar. Richard Nolan is a member of the Working Group L (Sanctions) - D.T.I. Company Law Review.
